The Colts took OLB Marcus Howard with its 5th round pick.
Howard, like Tamme who was picked before him, has a profile that reads like most players Colts target: undersized and fast.
He stands at 6'0" and 237lbs, but has a blistering 40-yard dash time of 4.45. If he's got a nose for the football, and can stay away from blocks, there's no way this kid won't be the first or second guy at the football on each play.
ESPN.com says he has rare upside ... Howard could be a steal.
